FREE Shipping Promotions
Orders qualifying for FREE shipping are shipped via our Standard Shipping service only.
FREE shipping is awarded when the merchandise total (excluding taxes and gift cards purchased) is over the dollar amount in the promotional copy. All denominations of Gift Card purchased-only orders ship FREE
FREE or discounted shipping is available in the continental U.S. only, and excludes PO Boxes and oversized packages.

Orders received by 12PM CST (Monday-Friday) are normally processed the same day
Orders received after 12PM CST or on Saturday and Sunday are normally processed the next business day

Some over-sized and/or over-weight items will incur an additional $3.00 fee
Shipping Restrictions
Not all Shipping Methods are available for all shipping addresses. Refer to chart above for available Shipping Methods for your address. Hazardous Materials cannot be shipped to all shipping addresses.
Certain items in your order may be considered Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT). Hazardous Materials items include aerosol products, some alcohol-based products, and others (e.g., nail polish, and products containing flammable, volatile, or corrosive chemicals have this restricted status.
The U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT) requires ground-only shipment of Hazardous Materials due to air shipment restrictions and regulations, and cannot be shipped to all addresses.
All orders containing Hazardous Materials items must be shipped via Standard Service to the Continental U.S. only
Orders containing Hazardous Materials cannot be shipped UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Next Day Air

When you return a purchase, please keep these important points in mind:
* Products should be returned within 30 days from date of purchase.
*All items must be unused and sealed in its original package. We can not accept any damaged, used or opened merchandise. Please ensure that any stickers remain attached to the product and that it is returned in its original package. Please send us an email to sales@goldenroseusa.com if you would like to return your item and we will issue a return ticket.
* Shipping/handling fees and gift option charges are refunded only if the product is defective, being recalled, or was misshipped by goldenroseUSA.com.
* We cannot accept CODs for returned merchandise.
* In the case of shipping damages, please contact the carrier or our customer service department within 24 hours.
* Credit will always be issued to the same credit card to which they were charged.
* We will issue a refund within 30 business days of receiving and processing your return. It should appear on your statement within two billing periods, depending on your billing cycle.
* DO NOT RETURN ITEMS TO GOLDENROSEUSA.COM BY AIR MAIL - The U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT) restricts air shipment of hazardous materials items that could contribute to a fire or other mishap on board an aircraft. Aerosol products in pressurized spray containers (e.g., deodorant, some perfumes) and products containing flammable, volatile, or corrosive chemicals (e.g.,nail polish, nail polish removers) have this restricted status. All of these products must be returned via a ground shipping service. Again, please do not ship items to GoldenroseUSA.com by air.
